Akhir-akhir ini cuaca panas ekstrim sedang melanda wilayah Asia, termasuk di negara kita tercinta. Yang aku baca, suhu maksimum harian bahkan sampai menyentuh angka 37,2°C lho! Sampai-sampai viral orang-orang pada bikin video nyeplok telur di atas aspal, wkwkwk.

Faktanya, cuaca panas ekstrim seperti ini perlu diwaspadai ya, guys. Dua hal paling esensial yang enggak boleh kita lupakan adalah minum banyak air putih untuk menghindari dehidrasi, dan sun screen, terutama kalau kita harus beraktivitas outdoor, biar kulit terlindungi dari sengatan sinar matahari. Hal ini juga sempat diingatkan oleh akun centang biru Kemenkes RI di Instagram, baik banget nggak tuh mereka, hehe.

Jujur nih, aku cukup rajin apply sun cream di muka tapi enggak di badan. Lah, jangankan sun screen, pakai body lotion aja aku mager setengah mati, hiks. Tapi gara-gara cuaca panas menggila ini, aku putuskan buat cari produk perlindungan tubuh dari sengatan sinar matahari biar nggak jadi telor ceplok kalau lagi di luar ruangan.

Sun screen seems to be one of the most important thing in our morning and day skin regime. But the common problems I, mostly, faced with every sun screen I’ve tried are the white cast and skin irritation, if the product couldn’t have a nice relationship with my sensitive skin.

To be honest, I eliminated all sun-face-care products that contain of high Titanium Dioxide because it tends to, or absolutely will, leave whitecast. I want to avoid that. I also opt to avoid every products which have high alcohol in their ingredients list. I know, I sound too picky but I really want a friendly product for my sensitive skin, though. So yeah, I paid the Etude House Clear Sun Stick as it seemed to be the best choice, especially when I read the ingredients. I have a high expectation from this product, so let’s see!

[ REVIEW ] VT COSMETICS - CICA SUN SPRAY SPF 50+/PA+++

After trying out the Collagen Pact and Cica Redness Cover Cushion from VT Cosmetics, and got superb great result from them, I became greedier to try other products from this brand. So, when I saw VT Cosmetics held a sale event for their Cica line, I immediately purchased this product (it was almost 50% off, haha).

This is VT Cica Sun Spray SPF 50+ / PA+++ (it is actually my first sun spray product, lol). I do not use facial sun care diligently since I am lazy, haha (do not try this at home). Moreover, most of my foundie and cushion have high SPF content, so I think that’s enough to protect my face because I mostly stay indoors. But… since my beloved Cica Redness Cover Cushion doesn’t contain sun protector, so I think I am not allowed to skip sun care anymore.

This sun spray is a part of Cica Line from VT Cosmetics. And due to the awesome result I got from the cushion, I hope this product give satisfying result on me, as awesome as its sister. Well, let’s see!
