Let’s getting back in touch with one of my favorite Korean skincare brands, VT Cosmetics. I have already reviewed several products of VT Cosmetics, just find them out on tags or simply click here. If you read my previous reviews, you probably know the reason why I love VT Cosmetics is because I got amazing experiences with their produts, and hence I want to explore this brand more and more. So, I hand-picked another product, which is Cica Redness Spot Concealer.

I’m actually not a big fan of concealer on my makeup routine. I’m a person who tends to choose a high coverage foundie for my full makeup look or just leave the flaws on my face as they are by applying a light tinted moisturizer for a daily look. Yet, since this concealer is on VT’s Cica series, which gave great results based on the other 2 products I tried before, so why not give it a try?

[ REVIEW ] VT COSMETICS - CICA REDNESS COVER CUSHION #23 NATURAL BEIGE

 

I started to be a big fan of VT Cosmetics since I tried their foundation, the VT X BTS Black Collagen Pact. I was attracted to try more, especially their base makeup. And one product that I kept eyeing was their Cica Redness Cover Cushion (seriously, I was like seeing my bias photo everytime I saw this product on my IG’s feeds, lol). And I finally got my cushion about a month ago, so I think I am good enough to write this review for you. They have 3 shades for this cushion and I purchased the darkest one, number 23 (Natural Beige). The others are number 13 (Vanilla Beige) and 21 (Light Beige).

Ah, in case you haven’t known yet, VT Cosmetics launched Cica X Care line in the midle of 2018. This line consists of skincare and makeup products that have Tiger Grass (Centella Asiatica) as their main ingredients. You know, this substant is very popular recently as it is able to treat acne and sensitive skin very well.

Aside from the main ingredient that would be perfect for my sensitive and acne prone skin, there was also another thing that intrigued me to try this cushion. A thing that makes this cushion looks very unique. What’s that? Mmm, keep reading please!

[ REVIEW ] VT COSMETICS - CICA SUN SPRAY SPF 50+/PA+++

After trying out the Collagen Pact and Cica Redness Cover Cushion from VT Cosmetics, and got superb great result from them, I became greedier to try other products from this brand. So, when I saw VT Cosmetics held a sale event for their Cica line, I immediately purchased this product (it was almost 50% off, haha).

This is VT Cica Sun Spray SPF 50+ / PA+++ (it is actually my first sun spray product, lol). I do not use facial sun care diligently since I am lazy, haha (do not try this at home). Moreover, most of my foundie and cushion have high SPF content, so I think that’s enough to protect my face because I mostly stay indoors. But… since my beloved Cica Redness Cover Cushion doesn’t contain sun protector, so I think I am not allowed to skip sun care anymore.

This sun spray is a part of Cica Line from VT Cosmetics. And due to the awesome result I got from the cushion, I hope this product give satisfying result on me, as awesome as its sister. Well, let’s see!

Kalau kalian adalah tentaranya BTS, aku yakin kalian sudah enggak asing dengan brand kecantikan dari Korea ini. Yup, VT Cosmetics langsung femes sedunia setelah BTS jadi brand ambassador mereka di tahun 2017-an. Waktu itu produk Collagen Pact mereka (yang box-nya mewah dan ada gambarnya para member BTS itu loh) sangat sangat populer. Dan dari icip-icip Collagen Pact merekalah aku jadi jatuh cinta sama brand ini, walaupun aku bukan fans-nya BTS.

VT Cosmetics punya beberapa line produk untuk skincare, bodycare dan makeup. Ada yang harganya cukup mahal kayak Collagen Pact series mereka, yang kualitasnya juga premium tentunya, dan ada beberapa produk mereka yang cukup terjangkau kayak CC Cushion yang akan aku review di post ini.

Aku beli dari ikutan jastip karena cc cushion ini belum ada yang jual di Indonesia saat itu. Fyi, punyaku ini adalah yang kemasan lama, kalau versi upgrade-nya ada gambar BTS di kardus luarnya. Tapi untuk formula cc cushion-nya sendiri setauku sama aja. Yang fans BTS, boleh deh diburu karena kardusnya ada gambar idola kalian, hehe.
