Releasing stress can not only be done outside our homes. Otherwise, there are many interesting thing we can do at home. Well, realize or not, but “home sweet home” is true. Especially during a pandemic like this, when there are many things have changed, including our habits. We spend more time indoors, at homes. Even though it sounds boring, but believe me, some simple things can be really fun to do at home.
However, releasing stress is very necessary to maintain our immunity. Hence I wrote these little tips and hopefully this post can inspire you to make your own “To Do List At Home” in case you are bored at home and don’t know what to do.
