[ REVIEW ] TONYMOLY KISS LOVER LIP CLICK #G02 – WANNABE CORAL

Good day guys!

I think we are always not enough when talking about lipstick, right? Like we’re already having tons of lips product but still hungry to grab over and over again. And that’s happened almost all days oh my God! Sooo, now I bring you all guys my new lipstick from Korean brand which is TonyMoly Kiss Lover Lip Click in G02 – Wannabe Coral!

Well, I actually bought this product on last July but I’ve just had time to review it right now. Sorry for the delay, tehee... And I’m going to thanked to KoreaBuys for choosing me as the Queen Blogger on their last Giveaway. I got a lot voucher to shop many products there!

It came in the black outer box with simple and modern details. I like the white and red lines on the box, looks unique and professional. TonyMoly put the description of the product mostly in Hangul and only a little part in English, just “how to use” and “caution” part.

The lipstick itself has sleek and elegant design. Came in the black plastick packaging with the name of the product printed in white ink. So simple, yes. But I like it as the professional design seems to be very classy.

The interesting thing from this lipstick is you have to click it the bottom tip of the packaging to take the lipstick out. Just like when you want to use your pen. No more whirling the bullet anymore. Just click click. Well, now we know why it’s named Lip Click, LOL.

Actually I’m not sure if the click concept is something good or otherwise. Because we can’t get the lipstick back into the bullet after we took it out. That’s why I can’t show you the rod of this lipstick longer. Well, just make sure that you click it adequately. I usually click two to three times for one usage. You can always adjust it depends on your need.

SCENT & TEXTURE

TonyMoly Kiss Lover Lip Click has two styles in its line. Matt and Glow. Mine is G02 with color name is Wannabe Coral, and code ‘G’ present Glow style. I was falling in love with the coral color on their commercial poster, so I chose this one.

This lipstick has sweet orange smell which is not bothering at all. It will disappear when you apply it on your lips.

I don’t have any problem with its texture at all. It glides smoothly on lips and not clumpy. I like the lightweight texture of this lipstick. The texture is more like a lip balm when you swipe it on your lips. I’m not sure whether this product gives a hydrated result to the lips or not since I don’t have any serious problem with dry or chapped lips, but the fact is this product doesn’t make my lips dried.

COLOR

I said that the reason why I chose this color is because the commercial poster shows how beautiful the color would be. I think it’s gonna be a very sweet coral color like Hyuna’s lips on the poster. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the same result on my lips. *cry :’((

Instead of coral, the lipstick color is more orangeish on me. It’s soft orange on my lips, LOL. It’s too far, meh...

Well, I guess there’s a lot of thing causing the difference of the color. Whatsoever, I still wish to get the coral color though this orangeish result is not too much bad.

Anyway, since I chose the glow type, the result is glossy too. I like wear glossy lipstick. It’s still my fave than the matte one. This Lip Click Glow provides very beautiful glowy result.

Otherwise, sadly to say that the color is not pigmented. I have to apply two or sometimes three layer to get the color out. The good thing is the lightweight texture doesn’t leave heavy feeling for me though I put it some layers on my lips.

STAYING POWER

I must say that the lasting power is so so. That is tolerable thing from glossy lip products, indeed. I got this lipstick stays on my lips like three hours without drinking and eating. Once you drink or eat, it will leave your lips with no stain color. It’s not transferproof by the way.

FINAL VERDICT

I like the click packaging from this lipstick. It’s unique and fun though we can’t get the lipstick back into the bullet after we click it out hahaa... Besides, the price is affordable too.

But I’m kinda a bit dissapointed with the color. I really want it to be coral and give me vivid color. Too bad that it doesn’t do a great job on me. My sista said that the soft orange color is pretty enough, unfortunately I’m not that confident whenever using orangeish lip color. Somehow, I feel like my face turn 2 years older, LOL.

Anyway, thank God that this lipstick doesn’t make my lips dry even it can’t stay any longer on my lips. 3 hours is pretty okay for the glossy lips product, right? If you are a glossy lips fan, like me, you will like this TonyMoly Lip Click in Glow Style since you need no lipgloss to make your lips look glowy and pretty. I do like the glow effect of it. My lips look healthier and I don’t see any problem with dry flake after using it.

Well, the lightweight and good formula of this product is now leaving me a curiosity to try their other style, the Matt. But not sure if I will buy the Lip Click Matt Style or not because I’m still having another TonyMoly lip product in my makeup box.
